Enjoying the sea at one of the lovely secluded coves that are accessible from the cliff top path

It's our last night at Dinard already, so we decided to enjoy a bottle of wine. This bench was about 20 yards from our hotel room's patio doors

Andy also enjoying the wine

A tank (or maybe three tanks, depending on your viewpoint!)

The Commonwealth Cemetery at Bayeux

Heading down the hill, back into Cherbourg

This huge cruise ship was “parked” at the Cité de la Mer, which is right next to the hotel we stayed at in Cherbourg

We never thought that anything could dwarf “Le Redoutable” - a submarine that is one of the main attractions at the Cité de la Mer - but the cruise ship was doing a pretty good job of it!
